Spinwave Laundry is opening at 112 S. Pacific Ave. — a bright, modern, fully attended laundromat designed around four promises: clean, fast, friendly, and safe.
A note from your neighbors, Ricardo & Mariana.
Hello, we're Mariana and Ricardo, and we're excited to share this new project with you: Spinwave.
More than a laundromat, we dream of creating a place where people feel welcome, where neighbors can connect, where conversations can happen, and where a sense of community can grow.
We want to provide a clean, comfortable, efficient, and inviting space for everyone.
We feel very fortunate to become part of the history of this building, which has been part of the community for 106 years. We love thinking about all the people who have passed through its doors and the stories these walls have witnessed over time.
There is something special about laundromats. They are places where people of different ages and backgrounds naturally cross paths. We hope Spinwave will become a place where neighbors not only come to do their laundry, but also feel connected, welcomed, and part of a community.
For 30 years, we have shared many dreams — some big, some small — and today we are excited to begin a new one.
Thank you for joining us on this journey.
Bienvenidos a Spinwave.
The building has been a part of this neighborhood for over a century. We're honored to add the next chapter.
The last time we gave a progress report, the old equipment had just come out and the space was empty. A lot has changed since then — so here's an honest look at where we are at 112 S. Pacific Ave.
We could have patched the old plumbing. Nobody would have seen it, and nobody would have known. We replaced all of it instead — the newest, cleanest pipe we could buy, so the water runs fast and everything smells new. It is one of the largest investments in this whole project, and it is the one you will never see. That's exactly why we're telling you about it.
Work on the bulkheads has just started. New A/C units go in after that. And the washers and dryers — the part we're most impatient about — are on their way.
We're aiming to open in the next 2 months. We're not going to put a date on a calendar we don't control yet — but here's what we can promise: the day we open, you get a text. Before the signs go up, before the neighbors know.
Join the VIP list →Our Drop Off service will be ready the day we open: bring us your laundry and our team will wash, dry, and neatly fold it for you.
Bring in your laundry — we take it from there.
Handled with care by our team, on our high-efficiency machines.
Neatly folded, fresh, and ready to go.
Built around four simple promises that show up in every detail — from the machines we picked to the people who'll greet you at the door.
Pristine, freshly renovated space. Spotless machines, sanitized folding stations, and a sparkling floor — every day.
High-efficiency washers up to 80 lb and high-speed dryers — finish a full week of laundry in about an hour.
Fully attended whenever we're open. Real humans to help you load, run a card, or find the right setting — no guesswork.
Security cameras throughout, bright LED lighting, and a well-lit parking area. Peace of mind, day or night.
From a quick weekly wash to oversized comforters and bedding — we'll have a machine sized exactly for the job. All loads dry in our high-speed dryers.
Designed to make laundry day genuinely comfortable.
Convenient parking, brightly lit, and easy to find on S. Pacific Ave.
Open 7 days, 16 hours a day.
