This Privacy Policy describes how Spinwave Laundry ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, sign up for our Text Club, or otherwise interact with us.

When you fill out a form on our website, we collect the information you provide directly, including:

- Your mobile phone number (for our Text Club)
- Your email address (optional)
- Any message or notes you choose to send us
We also collect basic technical information when you visit our website (browser type, device type, approximate location based on IP) through standard analytics.

We use the information we collect to:
- Send you the text messages, emails, and updates you signed up to receive
- Tell you when we open, share grand-opening offers, and notify you of member-only promotions

4. SMS / Text Club specifics
If you join our Text Club, you'll receive recurring promotional text messages from Spinwave Laundry at the phone number you provide. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. For help, reply HELP.
Message frequency varies but typically does not exceed 2–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

5. Your choices
- Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any of our messages.
- Opt out of emails: reply to any email asking to be removed, or email info@gospinwave.com.
- Delete your data: email info@gospinwave.com from the email address associated with your account. We'll delete your information within 30 days.
6. Children's privacy
Our website and Text Club are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we've collected information from a minor, we'll delete it.
7. California residents
If you live in California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have about you, request its deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a CCPA request, email info@gospinwave.com.
We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.
