These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spinwave Laundry website (spinwavelaundry.com), our Text Club, and our laundromat services. By using our website or signing up for any of our communications, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
1. Who we are
Spinwave Laundry is a self-service laundromat located at 112 S. Pacific Ave., San Pedro, CA 90731. You can reach us at info@gospinwave.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to sign up for our Text Club or submit any form on our website. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to do it for you.
3. Your account information
You agree that any information you provide (name, phone number, email) is accurate and belongs to you. Don't sign someone else up for our services without their permission.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our Text Club signup form, you expressly consent to receive recurring promotional and marketing text messages from Spinwave Laundry sent via an automatic telephone dialing system to the number provided.
4.1 Frequency
Message frequency varies but typically does not exceed 2–4 messages per month.
4.2 Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Spinwave Laundry does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.
4.3 How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you'll receive one final confirmation message and won't receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe.
4.4 How to get help (HELP)
If you need help or have questions, reply HELP to any message and we'll send you contact information. You can also email info@gospinwave.com.
4.5 Supported carriers
Our SMS program is available on most major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.6 Consent is not a condition of purchase
Your agreement to receive these texts is not required to make any purchase from Spinwave Laundry. You can use our laundromat without joining the Text Club.
4.7 Privacy
We will never share or sell your phone number. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
5. Use of the website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site
- Use the site to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what's publicly visible
6. Intellectual property
The Spinwave Laundry name, logo, Splash mascot, and all content, design, and code on this website are owned by Spinwave Laundry and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission, except as needed to view the site normally in a browser.
7. Promotions and offers
Any opening-day offers, member-only discounts, or promotional codes we send you are subject to additional terms, which we'll communicate at the time of the offer. Offers may have expiration dates, limited quantities, and one-per-customer restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and Text Club are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the site will be available 100% of the time, that text messages will be delivered, or that any specific offer will be available when you visit the laundromat.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinwave Laundry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or Text Club. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed $100.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or Text Club after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
